Create a New Project
Every survey in PULSE™ lives inside a Project. Click "+ New Project" from the dashboard, give it a name, and assign a client — this keeps your work organised by engagement and enables multi-client data isolation from day one.

Projects also hold your respondent data, version history, and export records in one place.

Build Your Questionnaire
PULSE™ supports 22 professional question types — from basic single-select and rating scales to advanced formats like MaxDiff, semantic differentials, and Likert matrices used in BFSI research.

Drag to reorder questions, soft-delete to hide without losing data, and set skip logic between questions in the same flow.

Set Research Purpose
Every PULSE™ project is tagged with a Research Purpose — Brand Tracking, Communication Evaluation, Concept Testing, Customer Satisfaction, and more.

For Communication/Ad Evaluation studies, toggle between Pre-Test and Post-Launch modes. This adjusts which question modules and benchmark norms are applied automatically.
